We are a patient-centered, OON/FFS growing dental practice in Chino, CA, committed to providing high-quality care and excellent patient service. We are seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Dental Insurance Treatment Coordinator / Biller to join our team.

Position Summary

The Dental Insurance Treatment Coordinator / Biller is responsible for insurance verification, treatment plan presentation, claims processing, and follow-up. This role is essential in helping patients understand their benefits and ensuring timely, accurate insurance reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits

Present treatment plans and explain insurance coverage and patient financial responsibility

Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims

Manage denied, delayed, and appealed claims

Post insurance payments and reconcile accounts

Maintain accurate insurance and billing records

Work closely with clinical and front office teams

Stay current on CDT codes and insurance guidelines

Qualifications

2+ years experience in dental insurance billing and treatment coordination

Strong understanding of PPO and fee-for-service plans

Experience with dental software (Open Dental preferred)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

Open Dental experience

Insurance AR and aging management experience

Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
