We are a high-end restaurant located in Marina del Rey, serving both our local community and a wide range of special events. As a small, tight-knit team, we operate with a strong focus on teamwork, reliability, and professionalism. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and exquisite food to a high-end clientele and maintaining a warm, collaborative work environment.
Position Overview
We are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals for Server / Foodrunner / Busser / Dishwasher / Prep role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to be part of a supportive team where everyone contributes.
This is an in-person position only, and we strongly prefer candidates who live locally or have dependable transportation to Marina del Rey.
Additional Training & Growth Opportunities
Because we are a small team, all staff members are trained across multiple areas of the restaurant. Prospective employees will receive training not only in running food, bussing, and dishwashing, but also in serving and food preparation. If you’re interested in learning more and taking on additional responsibilities, there is clear opportunity to grow.
What We’re Looking For
* Reliable, punctual, and consistent workers
* Local candidates or those with dependable transportation
* Open availability preferred; if not fully open, must have consistent availability
* A 3–4 weeks notice is required for time-off requests outside your stated availability
* Hard workers who learn by doing and adapt quickly
* Some prior restaurant FOH or BOH experience is preferred, but not required. Server or barista experience is a big plus for us.
* Must meet all legal requirements to work in California restaurants and in the United States
Compensation
* Los Angeles (Marina del Rey) minimum wage + tip share
