We’re hiring Overnight, PM and Part-Time/On Call Line Cooks for a new 24-hour diner concept in West Hollywood, developed in partnership with Tesla. This is a high-volume, high-visibility operation with a focus on precision, speed, and quality. If you’re a reliable cook who takes pride in the craft and thrives in a well-run kitchen, we want to meet you. We’re looking for reliable, skilled, and motivated line cooks to join our afternoon-to-evening crew.

What You'll Be Doing:
Working a clean, organized station during high-volume service
Executing consistent plating with speed, precision, and pride
Maintaining proper prep levels and adhering to safety standards
Collaborating with a supportive, forward-thinking kitchen team
Taking ownership of your station and helping push the team forward

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years experience as a line cook in high-volume or diner-style kitchens
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Comfortable on griddle, fryer, and pantry stations
Team-first mentality and positive attitude
Dependable and eager to be part of something bigger
