Now Hiring: Maintenance Technicians – San Gabriel Valley

We are currently hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to service and repair multiple residential units throughout the San Gabriel Valley.

Job Duties Include:

General maintenance and unit repairs

Painting and drywall touch-ups

Plumbing repairs

Light construction and unit renovations

Troubleshooting maintenance issues

Traveling between multiple properties in the area

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of maintenance experience

Must be bilingual

Must have a clean driving record

Must have reliable transportation at all times

Must pass a background check and E-Verify



Schedule:

Monday to Friday

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

$23–$25 per hour, based on experience (final rate after interview)

$0.70 per mile mileage reimbursement

$30 monthly phone allowance
