Litigation Paralegal

LITIGATION PARALEGAL – PERSONAL INJURY LAW FIRM📍 Los Angeles, CA

Arash Law is a fast-growing, plaintiff-side personal injury law firm handling serious and catastrophic injury cases. We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our litigation team.

Responsibilities:

Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through litigation
Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
Organize medical records, bills, and damages
Coordinate with clients, medical providers, experts, and vendors
Track deadlines, court dates, and calendars
Assist attorneys with trial prep, depositions, and mediations

Qualifications:

2+ years personal injury paralegal experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
Knowledge of California PI litigation procedures
Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills
Case management software experience (Filevine /Clio a plus)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required
