Ideal Candidate Profile: Competitive, coachable, hungry for success, thrives in high-activity, goal-driven environments, proven in transactional or consultative sales roles. No leasing experience required - we will provide training.
This is a true sales role — not a traditional property management leasing agent position.
Compensation (performance driven): Declining base + ~50% tied to consistent performance (move-ins). Ramp-up bonus for first two months. $75K–$100K after 12 months for productive hires; $150K+ for top performers.
Career path: Leasing Consultant → Leasing Executive.
What You’ll Do:
• Convert warm leads into lease deposits through consultative selling
• Conduct engaging, high-energy property tours
• Master our follow-up systems to maximize conversions
• Track and optimize leasing performance metrics
• Become an expert in showcasing premium units and upgrades
• Support resident retention efforts when needed
• Keep an eye on the competition—know your market
• Maintain and audit online listings
• Represent F&F Properties with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Host open houses and leasing events
• Share your voice—suggest improvements and make an impact!
Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves the grind of selling: building rapport fast, asking great questions, following up relentlessly, and confidently asking for the next step. The right person is energized by clear goals, high activity, and being held accountable to results. Compensation Package:
• Hourly Rate: low base with commission tied to move-ins. Total comp average for a good performer is $75,000 - $150,000. Top performers can make up to $150,000
• Monthly car allowance of $500
• Monthly cell phone reimbursement of $50.
• Rental Discount: $500/month for employees living in one of our properties
• Benefits: Healthcare, 401K, paid time off, and more.
