We are a San Diego–based Architectural & Engineering firm experiencing rapid growth and looking for a driven Outside Sales / Marketing Representative.

This is a 100% commission role (10% per deal) with strong demand and high-ticket services. Top performers consistently earn $3,000–$15,000+ per month, with no income cap.

What You’ll Do
• Generate and qualify new leads
• Schedule and run sales calls
• Close clients on architectural & engineering services
• Follow up with warm leads and booked appointments
• Track leads and deals (simple CRM)

Compensation
• 10% commission on every closed deal
• Typical deal size: $5,000–$25,000+
• $5K–$15K+ monthly earning potential
• Opportunity to grow into Sales Manager and build a team
