What You’ll Do

Assist with basic plumbing repairs (leaks, toilets, sinks, valves)
Help repair simple electrical fixtures (lights, switches, outlets, appliances)
Support appliance repairs throughout the community
Perform carpentry work and window replacements
Paint apartments and common areas
Complete drywall repairs and texturing

Qualifications

Able to pass pre-employment physical and TB test
Fingerprint clearance required
