We’re hiring an experienced Working Foreman with 10+ years in the trade who knows how to run work, lead crews, and still put their tools on.

🚫 This is not a desk job.
✅ This is a true working foreman role for someone who doesn’t just talk leadership — they live it on the jobsite.

🛠 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and working alongside crews of 4–15 plumbers
• Managing multifamily, multi-story commercial projects
• Reading and executing plans, specs & layouts
• Coordinating schedules, materials & manpower
• Handling job orders, change orders, RFIs & documentation
• Tracking productivity, job progress & key metrics
• Maintaining safety, quality & professionalism
• Communicating with GCs, inspectors & company leadership

👷 What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Proven experience as a Working Foreman / Lead
• Strong plan-reading & problem-solving skills
• Confident crew leadership & accountability
• Reliable, organized & results-driven
• Someone who walks the walk, not just talks it
