Hotel Guest Service Agent

We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for answering their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and providing recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
