Position Overview:
The Roofing Service Department Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of
the commercial roofing service department, ensuring that all roofing services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
The role requires a strong leader who can manage a team of technicians, handle customer inquiries, and ensure quality service in commercial roofing, leak diagnostics, and roof repair.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial roofing service department,
ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
• Lead and supervise a team of service technicians and support staff.
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of service calls to maximize efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance on roofing issues,
including leak diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address
any service-related concerns.
• Monitor service department performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in roofing, particularly in commercial and industrial roofing services.
• Strong knowledge of service operations and best practices in the roofing industry.
• Experience in leak diagnostics and roof repair techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
• Valid driver’s license
