Commercial Re-Roofing Superintendent Wanted!

Seeking an experienced Re-Roofing Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial and industrial flat-roof re-roofing projects from mobilization through close-out throughout Southern California. This role is responsible for managing field operations and, working with project management, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, under budget, and to meet or exceed the roofing manufacturer’s quality standards.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader with a strong background in commercial flat-roof systems, and is a proven leader with strong crew management skills, and the ability to run clean, organized, and productive jobsites who understands safety, production efficiency, crew management, and jobsite logistics. And to act as a representative communicating effectively with tenants and/or building owners.

Qualifications & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience supervising commercial / industrial flat-roof re-roofing projects
• Proven experience supervising crews on large-scale roofing projects
• Strong background in large-scale flat-roof systems and production environments
• Demonstrated leadership of foremen and multi-crew operations
• Strong knowledge of: Single-ply systems (TPO & PVC), BUR and modified systems, Title 24, Class A fire ratings, and commercial codes
• Ability to read and interpret plans, details, and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between jobsites
