We are looking for an experienced florist to work in our fast paced, dynamic, luxury Florist Shop in Beverly Hills.
Hand-Tied Bouquet expertise is required. All applications will be asked to create a hand tied bouquet in person.
The ability to speak with clients and take orders in person and on the phone is required.
High work ethic and professionalism is a must.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Florist with strong mastery of European hand-tied bouquet techniques, as the majority of our work is executed in this style. This is a hands-on design role that demands technical skill, speed, and a refined eye. The ideal candidate is confident in their craft, understands the luxury market, and thrives in an elevated, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Create premium-quality European-style hand-tied bouquets with consistency and precision.
• Design floral arrangements that reflect our studio’s luxury aesthetic.
• Handle, condition, and maintain fresh product to studio standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually polished work environment.
• Assist with client consultations, custom orders, and high-end customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the team and respond well to direction and constructive feedback.
• Execute designs efficiently and uphold Jean-Pascal’s standard of excellence.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of professional floristry experience, with expertise in hand-tied bouquet construction.
• Strong technical foundation and artistic sensibility; able to work with speed and precision.
• Deep understanding of color harmony, floral mechanics, and European design principles.
• Professional, polished demeanor suited to a high-end retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining studio quality.
• Able to take feedback positively and grow within a collaborative team.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting buckets of water.
Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly rate: $20–$30 per hour, based on experience and technical ability.
