Job Description

We’re a local company in the water quality industry expanding our customer-facing team.

This role is for people who enjoy working with homeowners, explaining information clearly, and helping people understand options — without pressure.

The work focuses on educating homeowners about local water quality, explaining what’s in their water, and showing them how whole-home water can be improved without changing their household budget.

This is a calm, professional, customer-focused role — not a high-pressure environment.

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners who have questions about water quality

Perform basic water testing and explain the results

Walk homeowners through whole-home water improvement options

Answer questions clearly and respectfully

Schedule follow-up visits when appropriate

Work within a referral-based, no-pressure process

Some field work is required at the beginning.
Over time, the role becomes more referral-driven.

Compensation

$5,000 monthly salary (W-2 position)

Production bonuses
