Inspired by Prohibition-era intrigue and a touch of Willy Wonka whimsy, we craft elevated, imaginative drinks and deliver unforgettable experiences in an intimate, no-reservations lounge setting (plus our refined steakhouse dining room).
We’re looking for a part-time Bartender who thrives in a high-energy, upscale environment and loves pushing creative boundaries behind the bar.
What You’ll Do:
• Mix and serve signature craft cocktails, classic drinks, and seasonal specialties with precision and flair (think molecular touches, unique ingredients, and theatrical presentation)
• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to guests in our lounge and bar areas
• Maintain a spotless, organized bar while managing inventory and stock
• Engage guests with our speakeasy vibe — share the story, recommend pairings, and create memorable moments
• Collaborate with our kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale, or craft cocktail environment (speakeasy, lounge, or fine dining preferred)
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while staying calm and creative under pressure
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays (our busiest shifts are Wednesday–Saturday evenings)
