Scope of work includes:

• Flooring (LVP, hardwood, tile)

• Bathrooms & tile work

• Painting & drywall

• Framing & structural work

• Foundation repairs (minor to moderate)

• Demolition


What we’re looking for:

• Skilled, reliable crews (2–5+ workers)

• You bring your own tools

• Able to price jobs reasonably and competitively

• Subcontractor mindset (not employee work)

• Can follow scopes, timelines, and instructions

• English speaking required – does not need to be perfect, but must be good enough for clear job communication

We are looking for crews with affordable, market-smart pricing.

We manage the client, scheduling, and project flow — pricing must allow room for company overhead and profit.
