Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Analyst to support our business development and capture teams in identifying, analyzing, and pursuing opportunities within the federal government marketplace. This role involves conducting market research, evaluating trends, monitoring government procurement activity, and developing actionable insights to inform marketing campaigns and federal growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities aligned with company capabilities and growth targets.
• Send emails and contact the decision makers.
• Assist in creating targeted marketing strategies, content, and collateral for federal customers.
• Collaborate with BD, proposal, and capture teams to support RFI and RFP outreach
• Support CRM management, data entry, and reporting on federal leads and marketing metrics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Administration, or a related field but not mandatory. I’m open for interns as well
• Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear, concise insights.
• Experience supporting proposal and capture teams preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
