Responsibilities
β€’ Recruit, hire, train, motivate, schedule, and coach employees
β€’ Lead and manage automotive technicians and service staff
β€’ Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication

β€’ Oversee vehicle inspections and ensure accurate repair recommendations
β€’ Build computerized repair orders and source parts
β€’ Present and explain pricing estimates and service recommendations
