The Store / Service Manager is responsible for overall shop operations and performance, including safety, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a hands-on approach to managing people, processes, and results.

• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, schedule, and coach employees
• Lead and manage automotive technicians and service staff
• Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication
• Follow up with customers regarding services, estimates, and completion times

• Build computerized repair orders and source parts
• Present and explain pricing estimates and service recommendations
• Manage sales, accounting, and clerical functions
