Transport Company Seeking Human Resources / Scheduling Personnel

Ontrak Vehicle Transporters is seeking to hire a human resources and scheduling professional. We are looking for candidates that are reliable, efficient, and organized. The main job duties of this position are as follows:

Ability to schedule 125+ drivers daily using Connecteam, a scheduling software.

Ability to adapt to the daily and ever-changing scheduling needs of our customers
.
Ability to understand the difficulties surrounding the scheduling of employees and their needs.

Assist with the initial stages of the onboarding process of new recruits.

Ability to organize and sort applications and contracts, ensure that they are filled in correctly.

Communicating with customers daily, and scheduling teams based on their needs.

Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, writing and reading proficiently.

Computer skills a must! Experience with Docusign and running MVR's a plus.

Previous experience in the car rental industry is a plus.

The initial schedule will be from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Once training is complete, the schedule will change to 7:30am to 5:30pm 4 days a week with a possible weekend day included so please keep this in mind when applying.
