The Role: Acquisitions Agent

We are looking for the best of the best, a true closer who thrives on:

Talking to motivated sellers

Building trust fast

Uncovering pain, motivation, and timelines

Making strong offers

Locking up deals daily

Following a proven process

Working inside Go High Level CRM

Being coachable and eager to grow

Your Day-to-Day

Call inbound leads immediately

Follow up on all pipeline leads in GHL

Run comps, determine MAO, and make cash offers

Build rapport and understand seller pain points

Negotiate and lock up contracts over the phone or in person

Coordinate with our dispositions team

Hit weekly KPIs (contact attempts, conversations, offers, contracts signed)

Continuously refine your craft through training & accountability

What You MUST Bring

Experience in real estate acquisitions (preferred)

OR at least 2+ years in sales, closing, or high-ticket phone sales

A closer’s mindset — confident, assertive, but empathetic

Clean communication, organized workflow, and ability to follow SOPs

Hunger to WIN and grow into a 6-figure+ performer

Ability to handle rejection and stay positive

Strong phone presence and emotional intelligence

Coachability — you MUST want to get better

Compensation

We believe the right people should be paid extremely well for producing results.

Comp structure:

Base (small but stable)

Commission per contract (industry-leading %)

Bonus tiers for hitting monthly KPIs

Top closers realistically earn $50k–$125k+/year

This is not capped. If you can close, you can eat.
