Food Truck / Grill Cook / Prep Cook / Chef Assistant

We’re hiring a strong, experienced cook to join our fast-growing food truck team. Multiple roles are available full and part time , prep cook , grill chef , chef assistant.

Responsibilities:
• Grill & line cooking (burgers, shawarma, proteins)
• Food prep (cutting, marinating, sauces, prep lists)
• Assist the chef during service
• Maintain speed, quality, and consistency under pressure
• Follow food safety & cleanliness standards

Requirements:
• Proven experience on grill or busy kitchen line
• Strong work ethic, speed, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks during service
• Reliable, punctual, team-oriented
• Food truck or high-volume kitchen experience is a plus
