WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Experienced bartenders (gentleman’s club or high-volume nightclub experience a plus)
• Strong customer service and sales mindset
• Ability to upsell bottles, cocktails, and premium spirits
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Team-oriented, reliable, and drama-free
• Comfortable working late nights and weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and bottle service accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Provide excellent guest experience and engagement
• Follow all house policies, cash handling procedures, and compliance standards
• Work closely with servers, hosts, and management to maximize sales
