About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized Community Association Manager to manage financials, maintain records, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and be involved in legal and administrative issues. Provide excellent customer service to owners, tenants and the public. Experience preferred but not a deal breaker. Must be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of Florida Chapter 718 and community association laws with expectations to become knowledgeable in our association Declaration, By-Laws, and Rules & Regulations for 300+ units.
Qualifications:
• CAM license issued by the State of Florida (required).
• Strong knowledge of Florida Statutes Chapter 718 and any updated Statutes.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
Benefits:
• Starting salary depends based on experience.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance, offered after 30 days of employment.
• Paid time off and holidays; one week after six months of employment, two weeks after reaching one year of employment.

Hours:
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. lunch break
