Job Title: Remote Receptionist / Client Retention Specialist (Deal Saver)

**Hiring Immediately – 3 Positions Available**
**Start Date:** Wednesday, January 21
**Location:** Remote (Work From Home)

We are currently seeking **3 strong, professional Receptionists / Client Retention Specialists** to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident on the phone, calm under pressure, and skilled at handling client concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Experienced on the phone and able to Handle clients that need to be Emotionally de-escalated (Possibly unhappy).

Role Overview:

You will handle **incoming and outgoing calls** from both:

* **Current, satisfied clients**
* **Past clients who may be frustrated due to prior service issues**

Please note: our organization has **fully restructured**, and past service issues have been resolved. Calls from disgruntled past clients will **gradually decrease over the next 30–60 days**.

Your role is to professionally acknowledge concerns, reassure clients, and attempt to retain or save deals when necessary.

Client Interaction Approach:

You will be trained to use approved rebuttals such as:

1. *“Thank you for sharing that — let me see what I can do for you.”*
2. *“I understand how you feel — let me see what I can do for you.”*

A **full inbound call script will be provided**.

Work Schedule:

* **Monday to Friday**
* **10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST**

Compensation:

* **$800 weekly salary** (Monday to Friday paid the following Friday)
* **$25 commission per saved client**
* Saved deals will be confirmed through a **Quality Assurance (QA) call**

Requirements:

* Laptop or PC
* Fast, reliable internet connection
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Professional phone demeanor
* Ability to remain calm and empathetic with upset clients
* Comfortable using VOIP systems (we use **JustCall**)
