As a tax business owner, I believe the right people matter more than experience. That’s why no prior tax experience is required. If you’re motivated, coachable, and ready to learn, we’ll provide the rest.

What You’ll Do

Assist clients with preparing individual tax returns (W2, self-employed, and more)
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
Learn tax laws, credits, and deductions through hands-on training
Recommend tax solutions that help clients maximize their refunds
Work independently while being supported by a strong team
What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the tax industry
Basic computer and technology skills
Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
