Experienced Metal Framers/Wood Framers

Im looking for either 1 or 2 guys to add onto my comp exempt policy or a 2, 3 or 4 man team or business that's comp exempt. Needing experienced fast metal framer/s and/or a wood guy experienced in tnailing 1x2s to block, cutting 2x4s for backing and installing. 1 could be good at wood while other good at metal. For new residential houses and townhomes ranging from Mims, Titusville, Cocoa, Sebastian, Vero, Fort Pierce, Port St Lucie and Okeechobee areas or anything in between that you are interested in. Please specify. This will be subbed out per house. Good money. Can add 1 or 2 individuals to my comp exempt policy/ business on 1099 basis if needed. Paid weekly. If a seperate comp exempt or business must read plans and be able to lay-out the houses. 8 ft 8 - 9ft 4 tall framing with cats for the wood trusses attaching to. No ceilings. 90% 25g. Fasteners and screws are provided. Must have hand tools, saws, scaffolding, chop saw, pancake compressor, tnailer and 3500 watt generator. No power on jobsite. Tnailer runs $120, pancake $150. Nice generator $375. A lil rolling baker will do and several dewalt lasers dw0822lg or dw0825lg work best or hilti, ps2 along with cordless dewalt screw gun and cordless skil saw. Can get some for $350 ebay lasers. I have 16 myself. In all I have 800 plus houses to frame this year and next. Things will be picking up each month. With 200 plus more houses starting in Cocoa in March, April and May on 3 more developments. Ranging from 1700 sq ft to 3500 sq ft homes. Some 2 story 6 or 8 plex 1600 sq ft townhomes and a 2 story home now and again. Must be U.S citizens. Have drivers license and/or id and social security number. A W9 form to fill out along with comp exempt and business license needed if available unless added onto my business. No hourly. No insurance. No taxes. 1099 basis. Looking for skilled, capable, fast, honest, reliable guys. This can be fill in work to start if you are working elsewhere. Me and another guy can do most of these houses in a day but I've been doing it for 30 plus yrs and one of the best if not the best and fastest around. Metal and wood packs are dropped in front of houses. Things are picking up and should be steadily busy starting in Feb/March. So you have time to get everything together. The developer is slowly picking it up and does not want a lot of inventory sitting. But when they are ready and interest rates and economy get better they will be balls to the wall. I do have another crew on standby that are doing commercial jobs and do help when needed but id like to get a seperate crew for residential. This is not for ppl that think they can go at your own hourly pace and take 2 or 3 days to do a house that can be done in a day or day and a half. The developer will not allow that so to speak. Other trades are coming in behind. I do have laminated cheat sheets for each model with what size material to cut and how many for windows, knee wall, 2x4 drops, door headers, backing etc. We attack metal studs to 2x4s for doors along with 2x4 headers for door opening. This is an opportunity for those highly skilled and motivated individuals. We will be exchanging emails back and forth to start then if promising move on to text and phone calls. Do not have time to entertain everybody that could be interested but for what I need there is not a lot of us out there. Been doing this since I was 15. Looking for safe individuals as well. No hard hat or long pants required. Radio in house is allowed but if other trades like window guy specifically are there respect is asked of. Rarely anybody is in the house at same time but roofers drying the house in are sometimes banging over your head. Like I said for the right ppl we can work thiings out. Thank you.
