Looking for an experienced window installer to replace windows on a brick duplex.

• (14) Single-hung replacement windows
• (2) Fixed / picture windows

Scope of Work (Labor Only):
• Remove existing windows
• Install new replacement windows
• Properly flash and weather-seal all openings
• Install exterior trim as needed
• Install interior trim where required
• Caulk, seal, and finish professionally
• Clean up and haul away old windows

This is a brick building, so you MUST have experience installing windows in masonry/brick openings.

• Must have own tools and equipment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to complete job start to finish
• Professional workmanship – no shortcuts
• References or photos of past window jobs preferred
