Dental Front Desk Receptionist - Friendly Atlanta Office – Great Team

We are a busy, patient-focused dental practice in Atlanta looking for a reliable, upbeat Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team! If you love helping people, have great people skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
• Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact
• Answer a high volume of phone calls, schedule/confirm/reschedule appointments efficiently
• check in/out; process payments, scan paperwork, handle questions, be a great liaison
• Manage patient records and update information in our practice management software
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, welcoming, and clean
• Assist with any other tasks to keep the office running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years experience in a dental office front desk/receptionist role (please do not apply
otherwise!)
• Friendly, professional, and compassionate attitude – patients love our welcoming vibe
• Excellent phone etiquette, multitasking skills, and attention to detail
• Proficient with computers (email, scheduling software)
• Reliable, punctual, proactive, and a team player

Details:
• Full-time Mon-Thurs, 7-3 pm, admin Fri 9-3 pm
• Competitive pay based on experience ($23-28 per hr)
