MAIN COOK
Sadie’s BBQ Honolulu is a Korean/Local food a part of the Midtown Eats located at The Park Condos. We are seeking part-time or full-time main cooks. We are seeking someone that truly has a passion for cooking, and the eagerness to learn and cook Korean/Local food; and the creativity to create his or her own specials.
****Potential opportunity for profit sharing or ownership if able to completely run the operation.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Station include fryer, griddle, and broiler
- Food preparation and cooking
- Understanding and maintaining proper food inventory
- Cleanliness of kitchen equipment & tools
- Stocking and managing food stations
- Conducting daily inventory checks
Qualification Requirements:
- Must possess High School Diploma
- Must have at least 1-2 years of cooking experience
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Must have great attention to detail
- MUST BE ABLE TO MULITASK (at a very high level).
- Must be able to handle stressful situations during busy hours
Preferred, but not required:
- Higher Education (College)
- Korean / Local food cooking experience
