We are seeking an experienced well pump technician to join our team! Our technicians diagnose and repair residential well pump systems utilizing plumbing, electrical, and mechanical knowledge.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Drive to job sites to meet with customers
-Diagnose and repair well pump systems
-Work with electrical and plumbing components on a daily basis
-Communicate with customers on the best course of action for their well repair
-Assess customer needs by providing information and answering questions on products/services
-Ensure customer satisfaction
-Complete invoices and purchase transactions
-Build relationships with current and future customers

Requirements:

-Be confident working with electrical and plumbing
-Solid communication, organizational, and time management skills
-Ability to problem solve
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Good work ethic
-High school diploma/GED
-Valid driver’s license
-Proficient in reading and writing
-Basic math skills
-Dependable and reliable
-Able to lift 50 lbs.
-Drug free (testing procedures implemented)
-No criminal history (background checks required)

Electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC experience is REQUIRED but we will provide in-house job training for the right person. Pay is dependent on experience and potential to align with our company culture.
