Job Description

I have a short term rental company with 2 properties within my triplex. I am looking for someone dependable, communicative, and readily available who can help me with the following:

-Handyman jobs - fix wear and tear, fix leaky faucets, etc.
-Furniture assembly
-Kicking out bad guests/breaking up parties.
-Random jobs depending on guests needs.

Will pay per a job + cost of supplies. Must have a CAR!

-Can pay via venmo, paypal, or cash.
