Job Description

Growing landscape, irrigation, and construction company seeking a detail-oriented office professional to support invoicing and operational reporting as we head into the busy season.
This role is focused first on accuracy and process. Training will be provided for scheduling, estimates, and our internal systems over time.

Primary Duties:
Invoice completed landscape, irrigation, and project work
Verify accuracy of client, job, and service details
Track completed work to ensure nothing goes uninvoiced
Assist with weekly reports (billable hours, job summaries)
Maintain organized records and support office operations

What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable with numbers and repetitive admin tasks
Ability to follow procedures consistently
Organized, reliable, and methodical
Willingness to learn new software (training provided)
Experience with invoicing, billing, or admin support preferred but not required.
