We’re looking to add 1–3 solid people for ongoing residential renovation & maintenance work in the West Metro.

Ideal candidates:

Strong attention to detail (prep/finish matters)

Can work independently and communicate clearly

Comfortable with punch lists + client-facing work

References or photos of past work

Scope examples:

Drywall patching, trim, doors, hardware installs

Paint prep (sanding, caulking, masking), interior/exterior painting

Light carpentry, demo, cleanup, material runs
