Exterior & Interior Restoration / Renovation
Sales Representative – Level 1, Level 2, Level 3
Full-Time | W-2 | Uncapped Commissions
WHO WE ARE
Bravo Restorations is an exterior and interior restoration renovation company specializing in storm-driven insurance work, along with retail renovations, additions, and select commercial projects. (Bravo-Restor.com)
While we perform both exterior and interior work, storm-driven exterior sales (roofing, siding, windows, gutters) are the core of this role.
Interior, retail, addition, and commercial projects are secondary opportunities available to qualified representatives and represent significant additional earning potential.
ARE YOU LEAVING MONEY ON THE TABLE?

At Bravo, qualified sales representatives can sell and manage the full project — not just the roof.
For representatives who are not yet qualified to run full-scope projects, a paid referral program is available so opportunities are still captured and compensated appropriately.
EXPERIENCED STORM SALES REPS (LEVEL 2–3 ENTRY)
You may qualify to start at Level 2 or Level 3 if you have:
• Proven exterior storm sales experience (roofing/siding)
• Door-knocking or self-generated lead experience
• Comfort performing roof inspections and meeting adjusters
• Ability to manage projects from contract through completion
• Strong documentation and follow-through using CRM systems
Bonus (not required):
• Interior insurance restoration
• Additions, remodels, or structural repair experience
• Commercial or mixed-scope projects
ENTRY-LEVEL / LEVEL 1 CANDIDATES WELCOME
Level 1 candidates must:
• Be comfortable working on roofs and at heights
• Be physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs when required
• Be willing to perform inspections, site visits, and job support
• Be coachable, reliable, and able to work evenings/weekends during storm season
A pickup truck or SUV is strongly recommended, as it makes inspections, materials, and jobsite work significantly easier.
This is not a desk or showroom role.
SALES & LEAD EXPECTATIONS
• Door knocking and self-generated lead activity is expected
• Company-provided leads are supplemental, not guaranteed
• Retail opportunities often come from:
o Trade shows
o Storm follow-ups
o Cross-selling existing Bravo clients
All opportunities and projects are managed through Bravo systems and CRM.
COMPENSATION & ADVANCEMENT
• Uncapped commission structure tied to real Gross Profit
• Level-based commission increases (Level 1 → Level 3)
• MN-compliant $12,000 annual advance program available to qualifying Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 representatives (recoverable from commissions only)
• Advance program for the 2026 selling year begins in April 2026
• Referral and finder’s fees on qualified work
• Benefits eligibility available at Level 2 and Level 3 for advancing producers, including medical, dental, PTO, paid holidays, and life insurance
• Clear, written advancement requirements

Restoration sales require structure, training, compliance, and coordination. Starting representatives as W-2 allows us to invest in our people and support long-term success while remaining compliant in Minnesota.
Note: Independent (1099) opportunities may be considered only for proven, fully self-sufficient storm producers and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. W-2 roles remain the standard entry path.
