Looking to hire a part time helper

I need to hire someone to help me do some minor repair work on my home. I am a 70 year old man who is fit but still I need help to do many of the things I want done around here. I am getting this home ready to sell, and want to complete some minor repair work first, like touch up painting, minor stucco repair on one of my side block wall and help with cleaning and organizing my storage shed. NO landscaping work or major repairs. I will supply all the tools and materials needed. I pay $15/hour cash, + lunch. Work hours are flexible, but you MUST be dependable and speak fluent English as I don't speak any other languages and have a hard time with heavy broken accents or broken English.
