As a Benefit Coordinator, you’ll meet with members virtually on Zoom, guide them through their benefit options, and make a real impact. You’ll be paired with a Benefits Supervisor for hands-on training until you’re fully confident and thriving.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
Meet with union members via Zoom to provide benefit education
Walk members through their enrollment process
Communicate daily with supervisors and providers
Submit applications and forms to the correct departments
Collaborate with coordinators across the agency
Join weekly team meetings with Directors

💰 What You’ll Earn & Enjoy
Year 1: $70,000–$85,000
Year 2 Potential: $100,000+
Weekly advance pay + bonuses
