We are seeking an experienced line cook to prepare primarily à la minute sauces and execute dishes to order. Candidates with sous chef experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

Prior professional kitchen experience

Ability to speak, read, and understand English

Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with the chef

Solid understanding of sauce preparation and dish execution as directed

Ability to work well with others in a fast‑paced environment

Capable of maintaining performance and composure during high‑pressure dinner service
