Wallace Lounge is looking for a sharp, confident Host who knows how to control the door, manage the flow, and make every guest feel taken care of from the second they walk in.

This isn’t a stand-and-smile job. This is a real hospitality position for someone who can stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and keep the room moving smoothly—especially during peak hours.

What You’ll Do
• Greet guests with confidence, warmth, and control
• Manage reservations RESY, walk-ins, and wait times accurately
• Maintain guest flow between lounge seating and bar seating
• Communicate constantly with bartenders and management
• Keep the entrance organized and the vibe elevated
• Handle pressure, busy moments, and guest requests professionally

What We’re Looking For
• Presentable, polished, and socially aware
• Comfortable speaking to all types of guests
• Quick with numbers, timing, and table tracking
• Calm under pressure and able to multitask
• Dependable, punctual, and serious about hospitality
• 1–2+ years hosting experience preferred (restaurant, lounge, or nightlife)

Compensation
• Hourly
• Strong earning potential based on schedule + volume
• Room to grow quickly for high performers
