Salumeria Rosi is expanding to the East Village — and we’re building a bar team that can bring serious hospitality, speed, and style to a high-volume, high-standard room. If you’re a bartender who’s calm under pressure, sharp with guests, and takes pride in consistent execution, this is the job.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Deliver fast, polished, guest-first bar service in a busy dining room
• Execute classic cocktails and house builds with consistency and clean technique • Maintain bar prep, par levels, organization, and sanitation standards
• Work in sync with FOH + kitchen to keep service smooth and professional
• Help create a welcoming, upbeat bar environment that guests return for
• Handle cash, tabs, POS, and high-volume workflows without drama
What We’re Looking For

Required:
• 2+ years bartending experience in a quality restaurant or high-volume cocktail bar • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine basics
• Ability to multitask while staying calm, clean, and efficient
• Excellent communication and guest awareness
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented

Big Plus If You Have:
• Italian wine familiarity (or desire to learn quickly)
• NYC high-volume service experience
• Comfortable working brunch + dinner shifts
• Leadership potential (openings create fast growth opportunities)

Compensation + Benefits
Expected weekly compensation: $1,400 – $2,000+ / week
(Based on schedule, volume, and experience — includes hourly + tips)
