Job Description
We are currently seeking phonics tutors to work in New York City Department of Education jobs. The position is three days per week, from 8AM-230PM, and will run for ten weeks. Tutors will work with elementary aged students on the science of reading using provided curriculum and materials.
Tutors available to work in the Bronx are needed.

Have a four year degree
Have excellent communication skills (theater majors apply!)
Have experience teaching or tutoring (experience with younger children is preferred)
Are flexible to begin ASAP
Are organized, responsive, and professional
