Landscape Install & Enhancement

Pride Landscapes in Leland NC is seeking new applicants for Landscape Install and Enhancements Team Leader. $24 / hour for qualified team leader with proven experience and success. Monday through Friday 7AM - 3:30PM. 40 hrs per week year long employement. PTO, Holiday Pay, and PPE allowance. Weekly W-2 pay via direct deposit. Non-smoking employer.

Qualified applicants will have knowledge of region applicable flowers/shrubs/trees, along with proper planting/pruning/maintenance techniques. Duties include but not limited to installing/removing plant material, installing mulch/pinestraw/stone, sod installation and grading experience, basic irrigation repairs, trimming and pruning various shrubs and trees, determining water and fertilizer requirements, coordinating various stages of projects with other teams, and helping as needed in various departments based on business needs.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience required. Must have experience leading a team of up to 6 team members. All positions require working in all weather conditions and ability to lift 50+ pounds. Cell phone required. Valid Drivers License Required and ability to drive truck and trailer. Equipment operation is a plus, but not required (tractor / mini excavator).
