FIELD MAINTENANCE TECH

Immediate opening for maintenance of 80+ rental units located within the city limits of Toledo, mostly single family homes. Duties include troubleshooting HVAC, water heaters, roof leaks, plumbing leaks, smoke detectors, maintenance inspections, etc.
Reports to maintenance supervisor.
Must have valid drivers license, provide own transpiration, and basic tools.
1099 contractor: time plus materials. Mileage allowance provided. Part or full time. We've got enough work to keep you busy 40+/week.
Role requires entering occupied residences, so the ideal candidate must maintain a decent appearance and possess good interpersonal skills. We must be comfortable working in a variety of environments and committed to treating tenants and their homes with respect and courtesy.
