About the Position
We are looking for a motivated Non-CDL driver ready to earn big money and grow with a fast-moving hotshot trucking company. We’ll train the right candidate—no CDL required.
You’ll be hauling loads using our hotshot truck and 30 ft trailer and representing a professional, dependable team that values integrity, performance, and consistency on the road.

Requirements
✅ Must live in or near Owasso, Oklahoma
✅ Willing to stay out a minimum of 2-3 weeks at a time (with 2 days off)
✅ Good driving record
✅ Able to secure and tarp loads using straps, chains, binders, and tarps
✅ Must keep logs (training provided if new to ELD/logging)

Compensation & Bonuses
💰 Base Pay Potential: $78,000 per year
🎯 Performance Bonuses:
• Clean truck and equipment maintenance bonus
• Good log compliance bonus
