Homestead Real Estate is seeking dependable individuals for seasonal snow removal in Lancaster City. This position involves hand shoveling sidewalks, steps, walkways, and entrances at residential and small commercial properties.

Job Duties:
Hand shovel snow as needed.
Clear sidewalks, steps, and property entrances
Respond promptly during snow events (early mornings, nights, and weekends required)
Work efficiently and safely in winter conditions

Requirements:
Reliable transportation to job sites within Lancaster City
Ability to perform physical labor in cold weather
Dependable, punctual, and able to respond on short notice
Snow removal experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: Competitive hourly pay or per-event pay (based on experience and availability)
On-call during snow events throughout the winter season
