Sub contractor hire

Looking for subcontractors that can do roofing, siding, gutters, facia, windows, decks. Must have insurance, own equipment, valid drivers license, and most importantly must have at least 10 years of experience that could take one all kinds of projects from residential to commercial. This will be a part-time to full-time job and this will be a 1099 job and hire. This will be a busy season and the candidate that will be working from 5-10 projects each month
