$1650 minimum guarantee
$100 per day home time pay
$80 per day per diem
Hybrid pay model
% pay with a .72 cpm guarantee
Sliding scale percentage up to 33% or .72 cpm what ever is greater.
Home time rotation
5 weeks ran as team 10 days as solo. One driver remains on truck while other driver takes 10 days off.
We shut down Christmas to new years week so you still get $1650 guarantee.
Holiday pay $200 home / $300 on the road.
