SMART FILM PRODUCTION ASSISTANT — RAPID GLASS ATX

Rapid Glass ATX is hiring Smart Film Production Assistants to support our installation team by prepping Smart Film job kits and assisting on-site during installs. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and you work clean, this is a strong opportunity to get consistent work in a growing company.

What You’ll Do (Primary Duties)

- Smart Film Production / Packaging
- Sort, label, and package Smart Film by job and install date
- Verify film sizes and parts counts before jobs go out
- Build complete “ready-to-install” job kits (film + components + aftercare materials)
- Maintain clean, dust-controlled handling practices to protect film/adhesive
- On-Site Installation Support
- Assist with job site setup and staging
- Help handle and position Smart Film (two-person handling on larger pieces)
- Support the installer workflow with tool handoffs, organization, and cleanup
- Leave the site clean and professional at the end of every install

Other Support

- Help with restocking consumables and keeping the production area organized
- Other office/shop tasks as needed to support the install team
- Requirements
- Reliable transportation (local travel required)
- Strong attention to detail and clean work habits
- Comfortable working with your hands and following instructions
- Professional on customer sites
- Able to stand, bend, lift/carry typical job materials
- Preferred (not required): construction, tinting, low-voltage, warehouse/production, or field service experience.
