Job Description
1. Director of Quality:
An aerospace manufacturing, chemical processing, and painting company is growing and expanding in preparation for 2026. We are currently seeking a Director of Quality.
• Proof of experience in an aerospace environment as a Quality Control Manager or Director of Quality, with a minimum of five years in a Quality Control Manager role.
• Experience with AS9100, NADCAP, and Boeing D1-4426 Quality Management Systems, including auditing, document control, root cause analysis, and corrective action reporting.
• Must be proficient in using Excel, Word, and computer-based Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
2. Quality Engineer:
Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all manufactured space hardware complies with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and industry specifications, including AS9100 and NADCAP, customer specifications, and internal procedures. This role oversees quality planning, inspections, and process control throughout the manufacturing process, with a particular focus on surface preparation, painting, and coating operations. Key duties include validating paint procedures, monitoring environmental controls, ensuring proper material handling and traceability, reviewing cure cycles, and verifying compliance with drawings and specifications. The Quality Engineer also leads root cause analyses, implements corrective actions, and drives continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to deliver flight-ready, defect-free hardware.
