I’m looking for an exceptional Airbnb co-host/property manager to help manage short-term rentals. Main responsibilities include cleaning between guests, managing communications, restocking, and general property management. This role is ideal for someone who is extremely reliable, detail-oriented, and takes real pride in doing things the right way. Co-Host will manage just one property located in the Trolley Square area in Wilmington, Delaware.

Compensation
$50 per turnover/flip
20% of net earnings

Responsibilities
Coordinating cleanings and turnovers
Inspecting the property after each stay
Troubleshooting issues quickly and calmly
Restocking supplies
Handling guest communication professionally and promptly
Managing check-ins/check-outs
Monitoring listing performance and pricing
Ensuring the space is always guest-ready
