HIRING SHOVEL CREWS FOR TOWNHOME PROPERTIES

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Snow Shovel Crews to service Homeowner Associations (HOAs) during the winter season.

Position Overview:

Shovel crews are responsible for clearing sidewalks, entrances, walkways, garage aprons, fire hydrants, and mailboxes at HOA and multi-family properties. Work is weather-dependent and requires prompt response during snow events. We are bi-lingual, English/Spanish.


Responsibilities:

Hand shoveling sidewalks, steps, garage aprons, fire hydrants, and mailboxes.

Working efficiently as part of a team

Showing up on time and ready to work during snow events


Requirements:

Your own transportation

Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions

Physically capable of shoveling for extended periods

Availability during overnight, early morning, weekends, and holidays

Prior snow removal experience is a plus, but not required

We provide shovels
